To register and use 930kbd, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be capable of entering into a legally binding contract; (c) not be excluded or suspended from the Platform under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming order; and (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. 930kbd does not warrant or represent that access to the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction.

When creating a 930kbd account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

930kbd may at any time request identity verification documents including a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All verification documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one 930kbd account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 930kbd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them without prior notice.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 930kbd reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances, as notified to the player in advance by email or SMS. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration, passed any applicable verification requirements, and made a qualifying deposit as specified in the promotion. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirements.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

930kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided wagering requirements are completed within the original stated time limit.

Any attempt to defraud 930kbd or other players through the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, charge-backs, or any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. 930kbd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and payment processors in investigating fraud-related activity.

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit software, or any third-party program designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly forbidden. 930kbd employs technical measures to detect such software and reserves the right to void all bets placed with assistance from prohibited tools.

Collusion between players in casino games, or any involvement in or knowledge of match fixing in relation to sports events offered on the Platform, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. 930kbd will report credible evidence of match-fixing activity to the relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement bodies.

930kbd maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The Platform must not be used for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. All accounts and transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where suspicious transactions are identified, 930kbd is obligated to report them to the appropriate authorities and to freeze the associated funds pending investigation.

All content on the 930kbd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional graphics, website copy, software architecture, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 930kbd or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from 930kbd.

Games available on 930kbd are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. 930kbd does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

930kbd endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 930kbd shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

930kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or regulatory compliance requirements. In cases of confirmed Terms violation, 930kbd may forfeit the account balance.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not be able to deposit, bet, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the selected duration.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 930kbd's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local laws.

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the binding language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience shall not have legal effect, and in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
